Returns

We only accept returns within 24 hours of receiving the item. You need to contact us AND mail the dress back within 24 hours. We always ship with a tracking number and will know what day you get the package. We believe 24 hours is a good amount of time to try on a dress, and if there are any issues to mail it back to us. Please mail it with a tracking number, so you would know when we receive it. Dress needs to be packed the same way it was shipped to you, not damaged in any way. As soon as we get a dress, WITH NO DAMAGE, UNWORN, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED we will refund the full amount plus original shipping.

Buyer pays return shipping.

No returns are accepted if the item have been altered.
